After buying an organic farm in Sonoma County, the founders of Little Apple Treats discovered some vintage cider making equipment in the old barn, and decided to try it out. It worked, and they began concocting award-winning organic small batch apple cider vinegars. Soon they discovered another marvel -- this time a piece of vintage machinery named Virgil -- now restored, it does the work of individually wrapping each delicious caramel piece. Little Apple Treats caramels start with freshly-pressed cider made from the heirloom apples growing in the orchard, slow-cooked to buttery perfection using local butter and cream + freshly ground spices. Add in some cold brew and cacao nibs for melt-in-your-mouth heaven! These treats are packed with rich and delicious flavors of coffee, cocoa, and apple.
